Intake and Eligibility Criteria

For Admission procedure 2023-2024, following points to be substituted:

1. Our SBPCOAD college intake for this first year admission for 2023-2024 Academic Year is 120 seats. Apart from 114 seats are under CAP round and 6 seats are under Management round.
2. Eligibility criteria for B. Arch academic year 2023-2024 is:
1. Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Information practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
   OR
   Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
2. Qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e. JEE) or “NATA” conducted by Council of Architecture.
3. Note: Admission will be done through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State
